The platform exists to ensure that workers—regardless of sector, location, or employment status—are aware of, able to claim, and protected by their constitutional and fundamental rights.
Sramik.org is not a government or political party platform. It is an independent civic initiative created in the spirit of the Constitution of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, which affirms that sovereignty belongs to the people and guarantees equality, dignity, and protection of law for every citizen.
